The location was favourable: local markets and a market were within walking distance. A cool bonus was nearby Mantra Travel Lounge, that offered tea and coffee❤

The hotel sits atop the hills providing guests with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Its location is only a stone's throw from the main market and airport, making it incredibly accessible. Rooms are spacious, bright and provide all necessary amenities, from comfortable beds to immaculate bathrooms. The concierge and front desk service is exceptional. The breakfast spread is delicious with an array of choices.
The hotel could benefit from some refurbishment of its facilities to keep on par with newer hotels in the area.

All of the staff were welcoming and incredible. Booked a room with a/c. I appreciated a gorgeous and absolutely superb breakfast with muffins, the "fresh bean " coffee and also food ranging from local to continental.

Rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. They also offer a complementary breakfast which was tasty and filling. the location was convenient and perfect for our Easter weekend getaway.
The amenities in the room were subpar. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste or shower gel provided, which is usually standard in most hotels.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and loved everything from the beautiful location to the delicious food. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were exceptional, and I especially enjoyed the 24-hour fitness center. The staff was incredibly hospitable, making me feel right at home and going above and beyond to meet my needs. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the market street made it easy for me to explore the city without needing transportation.
Nothing all good.

Staying in this hotel was a fantastic decision. The rooms were very well-maintained, and the staff was always welcoming and friendly. The heating system works phenomenally, making sure you can be comfortable even when the temperature outside is well below zero. And the food was delicious. I loved the buffet and breakfast, which had a bunch of options to choose from.
One thing I didn't enjoy was the transportation cost, which seemed high compared to other places we visited. The room facilities on the website made it seem like all premium heritage rooms had balconies, which wasn't the case for us.

During our stay, we were impressed by the exclusive amenities offered at this hotel. The Jacuzzi and Steam room were delightful and rejuvenating, along with the massages that we enjoyed. The Restaurant offered an exquisite menu and the In-room breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the Packed lunches while on a trekking expedition. The private Garden area was peaceful and serene, and the BBQ facilities were a perfect way to spend an evening. This hotel provided a great location advantage and prompted an amazing experience.
Although our stay was luxurious, we faced a minor issue during the check-in process. They had overbooked the room we had reserved, which resulted in a delay in our check-in time.
